Cannabis ProductExchange Policy

Boutiq will exchange verifiably damaged and/or defective cannabis products and/or cannabis-related accessories, up to seven (7) days after the original purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, any damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories must be accompanied by an original receipt provided at the time of purchase. Any damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis- related accessories not accompanied by the original receipt will not be eligible for an exchange. All non-damaged cannabis product or cannabis-related accessories sales are final. Boutiq will only accept exchanges at the Boutiq store from which the damaged or defective products were originally purchased. All exchanges are at the discretion of Boutiq store management. Refunds are not permitted. All products are sold as-is.

Boutiq MerchandiseExchange Policy

Boutiq will accept unworn merchandise for exchange up to seven (7) days after the original purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, Merchandise must be in suitable condition for resale with original tags attached and must be accompanied by an original receipt provided at the time of purchase. Sale merchandise items are final and may not be exchanged. Boutiq will only accept exchanges of unworn merchandise at the Boutiq store from which the merchandise was originally purchased. All exchanges are at the discretion of Boutiq store management. Refunds are not permitted. All products are sold as-is.
